William has worked in Project Management for a decade which has provided him with a broad range of experiences and opportunities for growth. Having started his career as a Structural Engineer, William quickly developed an understanding of how good design can impact the successful delivery of projects. William became a Project Manager after three years and quickly moved up to Operations Manager where his responsibilities grew from individual projects into a diverse portfolio.
As Operations Manager, William’s primary task is the management of the Project Management team and successful delivery of all Firesafe projects. William is also responsible for developing and introducing efficient operational systems and procedures, aimed at improving productivity company-wide.
